ME IN A NUTSHELL.

I am Samantha, and for over twenty-five years I have approached beauty as presence rather than performance. My work is guided by a refined, timeless sensibility—one that reveals natural features without ever replacing them. Based in Italy and working internationally, I bring a composed, deeply personal way of creating to each woman I work with. My purpose is simple: that you feel entirely yourself, quietly radiant, and held in calm on a day that will be remembered.

1996 — Beginnings

My career began over twenty-five years ago, when I was eighteen, shaped by a period of quiet discipline and apprenticeship in Vicenza, between Venice and Verona. From there, I chose Bologna—not as a destination, but as a horizon: a larger, more demanding city in which to refine my eye, deepen my technique, and expand my creative language. What began as training soon became a pursuit of precision, artistry, and a personal way of seeing beauty.
2002 — Joining Equipe Vittorio

In 2002, following a series of formative collaborations, I joined the Equipe Vittorio group. After an intensive period of technical and stylistic training, I was entrusted with the direction of Spazio Officina—a concept space where creative research, communication, and artistry converged.

It was there, in daily dialogue with some of Italy’s most respected makeup artists and hairstylists, that my professional language matured. Within that environment of precision, experimentation, and exchange, my devotion to makeup as both craft and expression truly took form.
2002–2008 — Roles and Responsibilities

During these years at the loft, I held responsibility for both the operational and administrative direction of the space, coordinating the team’s work while cultivating relationships with clients and creative partners. Alongside this, I contributed to the organisation of events and exhibitions, where beauty, communication, and artistic vision met.

At the same time, my technical language continued to evolve through hands-on participation in beauty and fashion presentations across Italy and Europe for MITU by Wella, under the artistic direction of Stefano Milani—one of Italy’s most respected voices in hairstyling. It was within this international context that my sensitivity to colour, texture, and application was refined, shaping the precision that defines my work today.
2003–2008 — Fashion Week and Beyond

Through my work with Equipe Vittorio, I refined my technique within the demanding rhythm of international backstage, serving as makeup artist and hairstylist during Milan Fashion Week for houses such as Laura Biagiotti, Giorgio Armani, and Max Mara. These years shaped not only precision and speed, but an instinct for balance under pressure—where every gesture must be exact, and every detail intentional.

Alongside runway work, I was entrusted with the image of leading Italian personalities and became the personal hairstylist of Natasha Stefanenko for Sky TV’s production “10 Years Younger in 10 Days.” In these varied yet exacting settings, beauty evolved for me from execution into authorship—defined by presence, restraint, and a quiet authority of style.
2008–2013 — Opening My Own Studio

After years of intense creative work, I returned to Veneto in 2008 and founded my own studio, Estro Equipe. It was not simply a professional step, but the beginning of an independent vision: a space in which I could articulate a personal language of beauty.

My intent was clear—to introduce an idea of style that was both refined and effortless. Hair conceived with structure yet simplicity; makeup defined by natural elegance rather than artifice. In those years, what had been technique and experience became identity, and my approach to beauty found its own voice.
2013 — Transition to Freelance Work

In 2013, following a formative journey to India and six years of intense dedication, I chose a different rhythm. A quieter, more deliberate way of working—one less driven by structure and urgency, and more attuned to meaning, balance, and presence.

It was at this moment that I embraced freelance work, shaping a practice grounded in independence and intention. My focus naturally turned toward international bridal hair and makeup, where intimacy, artistry, and personal connection could exist without compromise..
Now — Experience and Publications

Today, after more than twenty-five years of practice and the trust of hundreds of brides, my work stands at the intersection of experience, discretion, and authorship. It has been featured by publications such as Brides, Vogue Wedding Japan, Style Me Pretty, Wedding Chicks, WedLuxe, Green Wedding Shoes, Ruffled, and Rock My Wedding—not as endorsement, but as recognition of a distinct point of view.

What I offer is not a collection of services, but a composed, bespoke approach to image: one that holds every element with care, from the most visible detail to the most subtle nuance. For women who seek more than expertise—for those who seek presence, coherence, and quiet authority—I provide an experience shaped entirely around who they are.

I am known for a composed presence and a naturally attentive way of working—guided by empathy, clarity, and an exacting eye for detail. My approach is both warm and disciplined, grounded in relationships built on trust, precision, and quiet determination.

Collaborations

Over the years, I have collaborated closely with some of the most respected wedding photographers working internationally, including David Bastianoni, Bottega 53, Cristiano Ostinelli, Oliver Fly, Julian Kanz, Daniele Vertelli, Vittore Buzzi, Andrea Corsi, and Gianluca Aldovasio.

These collaborations are grounded in shared sensibility, discretion, and a common understanding of visual authorship.

I have always been drawn to evolving techniques and global beauty languages—from airbrush artistry to Arabic, Afro-American, and Asian influences—interpreting them through my own sensibility rather than following them as trends. Curiosity guides my work: a constant search for exceptional haircare and cosmetics that are innovative in performance, refined in aesthetic, and respectful of skin, nature, and animals.

I am devoted to skin that feels effortless, luminous, and entirely its own.
